Questions

Is there really no per-lead charge?
None. Job-quote requests are unlimited on the one plan — your cost doesn't change whether you get five enquiries a month or fifty.
What's the joining fee for?
It covers the nine independent checks run when you apply — identity, qualifications, insurance, and legal history, each confirmed directly with the people who issued them. It's charged once, when you're first Hallmarked, not on every renewal.
What happens if I fail a Hallmark check?
Your application won't go live, or an existing listing is paused, until the failing check is resolved. There's no partial or discounted listing for an incomplete check.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops the monthly subscription going forward — the joining fee already paid isn't refunded, since the checks it covers have already been done.
Do reviews come with me if I leave?
No — reviews are tied to verified jobs on Ambatana specifically, so they stay on the platform. We'd recommend keeping a record of your own reviews independently as well.
